Archives For music

A few weeks ago my pastor said from the pulpit that the church is supposed to be supplemental in the raising of your children.  I take this idea very seriously as a pastor and I am always trying to find ways to equip parents.  Today I want to recommend what I would consider the best worship music out there for children right now.

Awake” is the newest release from North Point Community Church.  It has been in the cd player of my car for the past three months.  Literally…I’m not exaggerating!  Earlier in the year I received it in the mail and have not stopped listening to it ever since.  The great thing about this album is that it grows on you.  I didn’t fall in love with all of the songs right away.  However, the more I listened to it the more I liked it.   Continue Reading…
